⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Where do I even start with Carl?!What was supposed to be a “straight forward” type of job turned into one of those jobs where absolutely NOTHING wanted to cooperate… on a Sunday, obviously!!Carl came all the way out, arrived at 8am and then basically refused to be defeated till gone 8pm at night. Every time the job threw another problem at him, he calmly worked through it, tried another avenue and carried on. No drama, no disappearing, no you’ll need someone else for that just a genuinely knowledgeable engineer determined to work out what was going on!And he stayed. And stayed. And STAYED.What I particularly liked about Carl was how completely straightforward and transparent he was. He explained everything, didn’t try to baffle me with plumber-speak we talked through everything together, was methodical about what he was doing and genuinely seemed to care about getting the problem sorted rather than simply getting out of the door.Even after he finally escaped, he still went above and beyond to help, and the communication and follow-up afterwards have been absolutely brilliant.Anyone can look amazing when a job is easy. What an absolute nightmare of a day! 😂💦Not Carl — my situation!
